Biggest Annex In The Market:
The Wanaka 64" annex is 100" x 100", if not the biggest, definitely one of the largest ones in the whole world. The annex comes with a removable floor which you can take on or off thanks to a YKK zipper, as well as 3 awning doors, each and everyone of them with a set of two poles with an adjustable height so that your camping footprint increases. You gain quite a few square feet of shade or cover from the elements.
Also, you could easily fit 2 adults sleeping inside of its annex, or put a table and 2 or 3 chairs to either sit and relax or have a meal. Another popular use for the annex is as a private changing room. Finally! You get to fully stand up and change in comfort and privacy.
On top of that, the Wanaka 64 rooftop tent comes with 1 LED light strip that can be used to have inside the tent, or under the base of it to illuminate the annex at night. Turn your XL annex room into a literal added roof for your camping setup.
TO make things even better, the overhang that the Wanaka 64 canvas has, to which the annex zips, has a sky light or window to allow light coming in during night time or the morning. That way you get just enough light from above so you know where you are or where you are spending your time. Needless to say, it's also the perfect place for dogs or other pets, so that they sleep safely, in comfort, with a floor and away from rain or the elements, and without having to climb up or down the tent!
Sky Windows & Other Bells & Whistles:
The Wanaka 64 roof top tent comes with two large sky windows on the roof of the tent, which allow you to get more light during the day, ro gaze at the beautiful stars at night. This can be one of those unforgettable family memories when camping: enjoying the night sky with your children and loved one. Just in case you were wondering, you can also shut these sky windows by simply closing the canvas cover beneath them with a zipper.
The Guana Equipment tents all have a special silver coating in the inner part of the rainfly of the tent, which helps reduce the light and heat coming in, so it keeps the tent darker and cooler. Therefore, the moment you decide to close or block the sky windows, you'll have a darker and more private tent for a better night of sleep.
As usual with other Guana Equipment RTTs, the Wanaka 64" comes with a 3" thick density foam mattress with a washable cover. Underneath it, an anti-condensation mat. Furthermore, the tent has some of the biggest ventilation ducts in the market, on both sides of the tent, to help prevent condensation, increase air flow and just make the environment a better one.
When it comes to some of the other bells and whistles, the Wanaka 64 roof top tent has a diamond plate aluminum base, completely black to reduce the possibility of scratches and increase insulation during the colder months. Plus, each tent has a special plaque or plate with the batch and serial number engraved, so you know which tent you have in case you ever have any questions about it.
This tent also includes a utility net under the diamond plate aluminum base to store shoes, jackets or other items, as well as 2 complementary boot bags to put your shoes.
The tent itself is built for 4-season camping, and has been thoroughly tested in the Costa Rican tropical rains, the rough Colorado winters, and the dusty afternoons in the Australian outback. The Wanaka 64" is sold worldwide, tested in all continents, and it has passed all test with glowing colors.
